Returns and cancellations

1. Our number plates are made to order and as such there is no returns or refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect. 

2. Our number plates a designed to be fixed to your vehicle using the provided sticky pads. Creative Plates accept no responsibility for damage to number plates caused by drilling or any other means of fitting to your vehicle. 

3. We will only provide number plates with correctly spaced characters exactly as they appear on your proof of entitlement. We will not accept returns if this is not what you wanted. 

4. If your documentation is not received within 14 days your order will be cancelled and a refund given to your original payment method. A Five pound administration fee will be deducted for all refunds given in this manner.
